Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping takes 5–7 days from confirmed order and payment.

Shipping charges

South African standard delivery is R150. Free standard delivery is available for qualifying South African orders of R10,000 or more. The final eligible shipping rate is confirmed at checkout.

Your applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Enter your delivery address to see the rate available for your order.

Delays and non-delivery

Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weekends, public holidays, stock movement or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a delay, we will provide an update and, where possible, an estimated delivery date.

Our refund, return and warranty policy explains your options, including our existing seven-day no-communication refund provision. The standard shipping timeframe does not remove that provision or any applicable consumer rights.
